Sultan Nasir Mosque in Egypt, Cairo resort
Rating: 7,5/10 (100 votes)  This mosque was built in the 14th century. For a long time it bore the title of the main mosque of the Citadel. Despite the fact that it looks quite small, it can simultaneously accommodate up to 5 thousand people. In the very middle of the mosque there is an open courtyard. It is surrounded by a roof supported by columns. This roof is wider where the prayer niche is located. Two colors of stones were used in the decoration of the mosque. Its main feature is – these are minarets. Their silvery tops are expertly lined with faience tiles.
