The fountain is a ball-shaped structure of red granite immersed in a large pool. Cascades of fountains descend from it, and it is decorated with a bronze figure by master Joachim Schmettau. The fountain was designed by architects Oscar Riley and Ivan Krusnik. It takes about 75 thousand euros to maintain the working condition of the fountain, and this is only for five months a year. Therefore, the fountain works at the expense of sponsors. The sponsors were at different times the City Association, Europe-Center.
