Palazzo Isnello is an ancient palace built in the Sicilian Baroque style. The palace is located between Piazza Borsa and Via Cassaro, in the Kalsa quarter. The vaults of the ballroom in the palace are decorated with the fresco"The Glorification of Palermo."

The construction of the palace for the rulers of Baucina and the Counts of Iznello began in the early 18th century and finished in 1760. The author of the project is still unknown. The construction was carried out on the foundations of early medieval buildings.

In the 19th century, the historian Michele Amari lived in the palace. During the Second World War, the palace was seriously damaged, but was soon completely restored. Since the 1980s, some of the palace's rooms have been rented out for events and celebrations.
