Truong Tien Bridge in Vietnam, Hue Resort
Rating: 7,7/10 (800 votes)  Today, more than 10 bridges cross the Huong River, but only one of them deserves to be called a symbol of the city of Hue, and this bridge is Truong Tien. The construction of the bridge, according to the chronicles, was started during the reign of Emperor Thanh Thaya in 1897 and completed in 1899. The bridge was erected on 6 metal pillars, and Truong Tien is about 400 meters long. In 1904, a typhoon hit central Vietnam, as a result of which four pillars of the bridge were destroyed. Two years later, restoration work was carried out here.
