Truong Sinh Residence in Vietnam, Hue Resort
Rating: 7,9/10 (5471 votes)  The Truong Sinh Residence is located next to the Tho Residence, in the northwestern part of the Royal Citadel. Truong Sin means `` longevity. '' The residence is a complex erected by order of Emperor Minh Mang in 1822. The building was originally named Truong Ninh (Eternal Security). In 1843, the residence was rebuilt by Emperor Thieu Tri. Upon completion of the work, the complex included already three buildings – The Palace of Good Health and Longevity, the House of Five Generations and the Pavilion of Ten Thousand Blessings. All buildings were united by one roof. In front of the complex there is a charming mountain garden and a small lake. The residence is surrounded by walls on all sides.
