Okayama Park is located in the suburb of San Jose and was built to commemorate 30 years of friendly ties between these cities - Costa Rican San Jose and Japanese Okayama. Okayama Park was set up in 2002 on the site of an old football field. Here you can see a stone garden, a pond, a waterfall, a fountain, a bamboo kiosk and an amphitheater.
