The Sochi Museum of Sports Glory is one of the attractions of the resort city. The museum building is located in the very center of Sochi, on Sovetskaya Street, in front of the administration of the Central District. The museum itself was founded in June 2010 at the initiative of the mayor A.N. Pakhomov.

The exposition of the museum has more than 300 exhibits that represent the achievements of famous Sochi coaches and athletes. Among them are Olympic champions and prize-winners: V. Kondra, A. Voevod, E. Kafelnikov and Kh. Yunichev.

Museum items will tell visitors about all the historical stages of the Olympics, the current Olympic movement, the participation of local residents in preparation for the Olympic Games. A special place among the exhibits is occupied by Olympic torches, Olympic and Paralympic flags, presented to the mayor of the city at the Olympics in Vancouver, as well as the signed "Contract for the XXII Olympic and XI Paralympic Games in Sochi 2014".
