Dagomys Koryta - small natural pools located in the Lake of Love gorge, 9 km from the village of Dagomys. They are one of the most striking sights of the city of Sochi. The Dagomys Koryta on the Western Dagomys River were formed as a result of the destruction of layers of sedimentary rocks (sandstones, marls, limestones and mudstones) that fell into the river, thereby blocking it off and forming in it the so-called partitions with depressions, individual cells and ledges resembling “ trough ". Gradually, many small waterfalls formed here. All troughs have different sizes and depths. The purest water, flowing from one trough to another, sparkles in the sun with multi-colored paints.
