The collection of the Maritime Museum contains numerous items from old sailing ships, including bow decorations of ships, sailor chests, pirate flags, ship bells and navigational instruments. Here you can see many ship models, including life-size ones. In the central hall is a restored ship with a galley and cabins.

A skipper statue is erected next to the museum building - a monument to all sailors who did not return home from sailing.
