During all twenty years of its existence the theater has staged about sixty performances. The theatrical troupe includes a folklore and ethnographic ensemble called "Parma", which sings Komi folk songs and plays traditional Komi instruments. All performances of this theater are staged only in the Komi language, there is simultaneous translation for Russian viewers. The theater's repertoire is represented by organically combined dramatic works and vocal and instrumental heritage of Komi folklore. The combination of these two directions gives a completely new and original theatrical performance, reflecting the deep perception of the Komi people. Performances are created on the basis of folklore materials, of the Komi folk epic, rituals, songs and represent a variety of genres: musical and epic poem, folk drama, mythological tale, musical comedy, legend, modern drama, children's fairy tale.
