In Carlton Gardens, you can also find animals - possums, ducks, giant white-legged, kookaburras and many city birds. Wandering through the alleys of the park, you can admire the numerous fountains and architecture of the Royal Exhibition Center, here and there looking out from behind the crowns of trees. Two small lakes adorn the southern part of the park. In the northern part there is a Museum, tennis courts, a curator's house and playgrounds for children, designed in the form of a labyrinth. The three main fountains of the park are the Exhibition Fountain, erected in 1880, the French Fountain and the Westgart Drinkin Fountain.
