The zoo is located on one of the coastal islands of the capital. The spacious park contains mainly animals from the Arctic and mountain regions. Collected representatives of rare and endangered breeds: snow leopard, Amur tiger, Asiatic lion and others. This season, the zoo has opened a new pavilion `` Africa '', built for animals of the desert and jungle. A bubbling stream with a waterfall and lush vegetation creates the appropriate mood. Thanks to the opening of the pavilion `` Africa '' the animal world of the zoo has increased by 40 new species of animals.
