In the 18th century, these lands were part of the Koporsk patrimony of A.D. Menshikov. And in 1730, Empress Anna Ioannovna transferred part of the estate (Kotelskaya manor) to I.I. Albrecht, Major of the Life Guards of the Preobrazhensky Regiment, for completing a secret mission - secret supervision of Princess Elizabeth Petrovna. For 150 years, possessions were passed down the male line. In 1742, Albrecht fell into disgrace, he was sent to the estate, which had been significantly reduced by that time, since part of the Kotel land passed to Count A.G. Razumovsky. In 1805, the spouses Ermina Karlovna and Ivan Lvovich Albrecht bought the village of Ratchino from the Razumovskys and built an estate.

They named the new estate "Consolation". This name is associated with their family grief: first, in 1828, at the age of forty, the eldest son of the Albrechts died, and then the daughter-in-law, Varvara Sergeevna, the wife of Karl Ivanovich (she was 28 years old). The estate was located in a quiet, secluded place. The central place in the composition of the estate was occupied by a large lake, which was created at the expense of the dam on Sumy.

The manor house was made in the style of simplified English Gothic and stood on a hill, on the axis of the road leading to Ratchino, from its windows a beautiful view of the lake was opened. On the sides of the house there were services, to the east of them were greenhouses, and to the west were vegetable gardens and orchards. In front of the house, slopes to the water were made and terraces were planned. On the shore, in the background, spruce trees were planted on the islands. Their distinct shapes harmonized well with the soft silhouettes of ash, maple, and lime trees that were planted in the park.

In 1799, in Ratchino K.G. Razumovsky rebuilt the wooden St. George Church. But in 1854 the village burned down together with the church. The new church, also made of wood, was built according to the design of the military engineer K.E. Egorov, in 1855-1858. The money for its construction was donated by the neighboring landowners: Weimarn, Baykov, Albrechts.

In 1859 "Consolation" passed to E.K. Truveller and the estate became known as "Lilino". In 1900, the estate was inherited by N.R. Truveler, under whom in 1906, according to the project of the artist-architect A. Orekhov, a stone church was built in the "neo-Russian style", which was fashionable at that time. In 1930, the new martyr Archpriest Nikifor Nikiforovich Strelnikov, the last clerk of the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, served in the church. In 1939, the temple was closed. During the war years, it was revived for a short time, thanks to missionaries from the Narva Russian Diocese, services in the church were resumed. But after a while it was completely empty.

At the beginning of the 20th century, the manor house was converted into a hospital. Today the house with the surrounding areas is rented out. Upon completion of the restoration work, it is planned to open a private sanatorium here.
