Manyal Palace in Egypt, Cairo resort
Rating: 8,4/10 (187 votes)  Manyal Palace was erected on the island of Roda in 1903 for the brother of the Khedive Abbas II, Prince Muhammad Ali. The building is designed in the Eastern Rococo style. The palace is surrounded by a garden of banyan trees, it is famous for the royal setting and splendor of decor. Now the palace has been turned into a museum. Its exposition includes such exhibits as a huge silver service, consisting of thousands of objects, a table made of elephants' ears, as well as a stuffed hermaphrodite goat and some other things.
