Agora is an ancient Romanesque building, built during the Roman Empire, during the reign of the emperors Claudius and Augustus.

The agora was finally built up in the 4th century under Theodosius, at the same time, decorated with a colonnaded portico ... The Agora was the center of commercial activity, where merchants from all over the Empire often gathered.

It also housed a slave market, and often held city meetings on occasions of secular and religious celebrations.

Today, the structure remains only ruins.
