The Franciscan Church is located in the northern part of the Old Town's Town Hall Square.

The church was built in the 18th century in the late Baroque style with the participation of the famous master Josef Mungenast. Initially, the church was created as a Carmelite monastery, but later it was transferred to the Franciscan order. Unlike many churches of that era, the Franciscan church does not have a bell tower.

The pink facade of the church is decorated with statues of saints, and in front of the entrance to the temple you can see the famous figure of the Prague infant Christ. There is a legend that if you pray in front of her and make a wish, it will certainly come true.

Inside the Catholic church, the statues of the Black Madonna are of great interest, which are famous all over the world and the organ that has recently been restored. The church also contains 4 paintings by the artist Johann Schmidt.
