Big Fish in Great Britain, Belfast Resort
Rating: 7,8/10 ( votes)  The Big Fish is one of the symbols of modern Belfast, a sculpture that has been strongly associated with one of the main port cities in Great Britain for more than a decade. It appeared thanks to the local sculptor John Kindness, who in such a very unusual way decided to display the history of the city. The fish is a ten-meter sculpture with a metal frame, covered with a kind of scales - ceramic tiles, which reflect the main milestones in the history of the city of Belfast. The story is captured in small chronicle text passages and illustrations, which were also made by the sculptor himself.
According to the creator, when the time comes, the fish should be opened, and inside the descendants will find a time capsule, where Kindness left his message to the future generation of Belfast residents.
