In order to walk through the garden, you need to take a cable car and then go down on foot through the whole garden. More than 300 different types of herbs and flowers growing in the mountains grow in the high-mountainous flower garden, for example, such as gorse, gentian, lichen, heather and so on. The flower garden is recognized as one of the most beautiful places in all the Alps. The alpine flower garden was created artificially and is under the supervision of the family of gardeners Tony and Eva Hofer. This family has been working on this splendor since 1985. In addition, they created two artificial ponds here. The Hofer family consults with scientists from the Botanical Institute of Innsbruck on plant management. The institute also conducts its research on the basis of this flower grower. The garden is open to visitors from May to September. In addition to the richness of flowers, the garden contains two golf courses and several uneven mountain bike trails. Very often there are hiking trails through the garden, during which guides and tour guides tell about the herbs and flowers collected here.
