Nowadays, the building houses a cinema `` Cinema Lumiere '' and the cafe 'Caffe dell Ussero'. The palace was built on the foundations of medieval buildings. In the 14th century, a facade was added to the building, which today is an excellent example of secular Tuscan Gothic. His magnificent style and beauty were noted by John Ruskin – British art historian. The surface of the facade was decorated with reliefs made of baked clay. The lancet windows of the palace go around the floral ornament, and in the niches between them are human sculptures and heraldic symbols of the Agostini family. Five pilasters are the geometric basis of the facade. The first floor is a gallery of lowered vaulted arches.
