Not far from the city of Hammamet there is a place where an ancient Roman settlement existed in the distant past. Now there is an archaeological site called Sidi Jedidi. It is open to the public.

In the archaeological zone, you can walk through the ruins of ancient streets and see beautiful mosaics. Also here you can see the ancient Roman road that runs from Carthage. In this place, ruins of ancient Roman houses, villas, baths and other household structures were also discovered.

Visiting the archaeological zone of Sidi Jedidi, you can feel the spirit of the ancient era.
