Two wings adjoin the three-storey central building of the building. The palace impresses with its luxurious interior decoration – the central block of the building is crowned with a colossal chariot made by the sculptor Ettore Xiemens. Each entrance to the palace is decorated on both sides with huge statues of the Legal Counselors. The central portal is crowned with a sculptural group representing the allegories of Power, Justice and Law.
