The tower houses a meteorological station, a TV center and various entertainment for tourists. On the second floor there is a police museum, which displays weapons used during the formation of the PRC, as well as other items related to police life. On the same floor, you can see the altar of the Yellow and Red Emperors, the ancestors of the entire Chinese nation. On the third floor, in the gallery of world sights, a hall of terracotta warriors was recently opened. There is also an exhibition hall associated with the legends of the Dragons. It contains sculptures and paintings of dragons. Opposite there is a museum, which displays wax figures of Chinese emperors – there are 20 figures in total. The observation deck can be reached by elevator from the third floor. From here a magnificent view of Harbin opens. At an altitude of 186 meters, the largest revolving restaurant in China is located, where you can taste European and Chinese cuisine. If you go up to 190 meters, you can get to an open observation deck. There is also an exhibition of butterflies, visiting which you can see more than 16 thousand species of these insects. At an altitude of 203 meters, in the Qifu Temple, there is a museum, which displays works of art from the Jin Dynasty. Another museum is located a little higher, at an altitude of 206 meters.
