Hung Mieu in Vietnam, Hue resort
Rating: 8,5/10 (5435 votes)  The Hung Mieu Temple is located north of Tje Mieu. The construction of the temple was carried out during the reign of King Minh Mang in 1821. Initially, the building was intended to honor the parents of Emperor Gia Long. The temple was surrounded by powerful walls, and you could get inside only through the gates of Duk Khan or Tuong Khan. Subsequently, by order of Queen Lady Tu Kung, the temple was reconstructed, while the original appearance of the building was lost.
