King Nikola's Palace in Montenegro, Bar Resort

This is a very noticeable building, since it stands out for its splendor against the background of the rather modest Montenegrin architecture. Today, the palace has been turned into a local museum of local lore, it also organizes art exhibitions, photography exhibitions, reading evenings and musical performances. In addition to the palace of King Nikola itself, the complex of buildings includes a small palace, a park area , a botanical garden with an abundance of very rare plants, a chapel and a winter garden. The main part of the buildings appeared here in 1885. Today, the park near the palace serves as a pleasant stroll for local residents.
