This museum is located in Hong Kong City Park. It is located in one of the oldest colonial buildings in the city, called Flagstaff House. This building was erected in 1846 and used to be the residence of the commander of the British Armed Forces.

The permanent exhibition of this museum is dedicated to Chinese tea ware. Here you can see over six hundred items of tea ceremony items and teapots. All items belong to different eras: from 1051-711 BC. (Western Zhou era) up to the present day.

There is a small souvenir shop in the museum where you can buy an interesting teapot. Some, for example, are shaped like bamboo trunks or lotus leaves. Here you can buy copies of old teapots, as well as works of modern masters. And tea lovers can buy books on this art here.
