The Oguzkhan Presidential Palace was built in 2011. In its Central Hall, meetings of high-ranking guests are held, in the Golden Hall, bilateral negotiations of the heads of state are held, the Seljuk Khan hall is intended for the signing of international documents and interstate agreements.
