Victory Park in Sevastopol is one of the favorite recreation places for local residents and guests of the city. The park is located between Streletskaya and Kruglaya bays.

Sevastopol Victory Park was founded in 1975, to the 30th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Labor collectives of the city, sailors of the Black Sea Fleet, schoolchildren and students took part in its construction. In the 90s. due to the collapse of the city's utilities and lack of funding, the park began to decline gradually.

Deputies of the fourth convocation of the district council supported the initiative of the Gagarinsky regional state administration to revive old traditions and take the park zone for service by regional enterprises. In 2012, on the territory of the Aquamarine hotel, the construction of a new beach with yellow sand, a flat bottom, many sun loungers, awnings from the sun, a sandy football pitch, fresh water showers and changing cabins was completed.
