The museum complex consists of six dioramas: "Soviet counter-offensive near Moscow in December 1941", "Battle of Stalingrad. Combining fronts ”,“ Forcing the Dnieper ”,“ Kursk Bulge ”,“ Blockade of Leningrad ”,“ Storming Berlin ”. There is a special hall for veterans' meetings.

To perpetuate the memory of the defenders of the Motherland who did not return from the Great Patriotic War, an electronic Memory Book was created. It contains the names of the dead, missing and died from diseases and injuries of soldiers. The museum carries out painstaking work to establish the fate of the missing and the dead.

The employees of the museum complex carry out a variety of exhibition projects. They are both stationary and mobile. Projects are carried out both in Russia and abroad.

An exhibition of weapons has been organized on the territory of the museum. It contains a variety of samples of military equipment and engineering structures. The exposition contains the most unique exhibits. These include rare aircraft, the best tank of the war T-34, as well as rare, famous and unknown engines for military equipment.

The Victory Museum and Victory Park make up a single architectural ensemble. The main element of the ensemble is a 142.5 m high monument. It is a bayonet with the figure of the goddess of victory Nike, decorated with bronze bas-reliefs. The ensemble includes: the Church of St. George the Victorious, the Memorial Synagogue, the Memorial Mosque and the Memorial Chapel.
