Dulber Palace was built in 1895-1897. The palace was built according to the plan of the famous architect from Yalta N.P. Krasnov specifically for the Grand Duke Pyotr Nikolaevich Romanov. The palace is distinguished by its snow-white and jagged walls, arched windows, various ornaments and mosaics, and silvery domes.

In translation from Arabic, the name of the palace means - "magnificent" or "beautiful". The palace was built in the Moorish style according to the architect's plan. There are over a hundred rooms here. All facades of the building have a wonderful personality and are decorated with different quirky details.

The architect paid special attention to the design of entrances, balconies, windows and doors. In the stone niche, a medallion is still preserved, on which the inscription is carved: "May Allah bless him who entered here." It is with these words that for 100 years the palace has kindly welcomed guests and visitors from all over the world.

An exquisite park stretches around the palace. This park has many rare plants, which is why it is called botanical. The park has wonderful air, many ponds and fountains, flowers grow everywhere, it will be difficult to find a place for walking better than this park. Many arches in the park are entwined with climbing roses and ivy. The highlight of the park is the palm alley, which is located at the main entrance.
