Approximately 10 km north of Dresden is the Moritzburg hunting castle, built in 1542-46 by order of the Duke Moritz. Its largest reconstruction was carried out by order of Augustus the Strong. Today, the castle is a museum of baroque art, which displays not only works of applied art and paintings, but also collections of hunting rifles and trophies with the world's largest antlers.
