The Museum of Military Equipment in Magnitogorsk is an open-air museum, which is one of the city's cultural attractions. The exhibits are located on the street of the Soviet Army on the territory of the House of Defense.

On the banks of the Urals, you can see a dozen military exhibits, including armored cars, BRDM, BMD-1, BMP-1 and BTR-80, T-72 tank, armored artillery tractor, floating transporter, anti-aircraft missile complex, all-terrain vehicle GAZ-64 and BM-13 "Katyusha", aircraft L-29, etc. Going down the stairs from the "Katyusha", you can go to the river bank, where a monument to sailors and an anchor are installed.

The history of the Museum of Military Glory began from the moment of its creation in 1999. ROSTO activists, city leaders and veterans of military service took part in its foundation. Exhibits are transferred to the museum from military units deployed in the South Urals, as well as from the ROSTO sports and technical clubs and other organizations. The collection of the museum never ceases to be replenished with new exhibits. The collection of exhibits is supervised by the chairman of the ROSTO city council - V. Murovitsky.
