Photo and description

Mount Baiyun is one of the landmarks in Guangzhou city. Its name is translated into Russian as "mountain of white clouds". The mountain itself has thirty peaks and is located 7 kilometers from the city center. To get on it, you can use an electric car or walk. In addition, for the convenience of tourists, a funicular has been organized.

It is here that you can look at Mosilin Peak, which is mostly shrouded in clouds, visit the Yuntai Botanical Garden, visit the Minchzhulou Tower, see the Nanzhengsi Temple and drink from the Quluong spring. On the top of the mountain there are many souvenir shops, various restaurants and eateries.

Yuntai Garden, called the pearl of the mountain, is located in the area, where countless outlandish plants and trees grow. Thanks to this, the city of Guangzhou became famous as the "city of flowers", and it justifies this name. The total area of the garden is over 120 square meters. The arrangement of the garden is made in the style of the estates of the southern Chinese provinces located south of the Qinglin Mountains.

In one of the zones there is also a park of sculptures, which are made in the Art Nouveau style, in another zone there is a huge aviary - the largest in the country, called the home for all local birds.

There is a lake of stunning beauty on the mountain, the water in which is so transparent that you can see everything several meters deep.

The upper station is located on the top of the mountain, directly in the park itself, and the lower is located in the Yuntai Garden, in its eastern side.
