Agios Ioannis is a picturesque resort town on the Aegean coast 5 km from Muresi and 52 km from Volos (Thesalia, Greece). It is located in an amazingly beautiful place at the foot of Mount Pelion and is literally buried in greenery.

Agios Ioannis is one of the oldest resorts in Pelion. Its tourist infrastructure began to develop back in the 60s of the last century, and over the past few decades it has completely turned the small town into a very popular resort. Today in Agios Ioannis you will find many comfortable hotels and apartments, as well as the services and facilities necessary for tourists. Numerous restaurants, taverns and cafes will delight their guests with excellent local cuisine. There is also a small, but functional port in Agios Ioannis. There is a fairly regular water connection with Thessaloniki, Halkidiki and Skiathos.
