The ruins of the ancient city of Bravrona are a significant historical landmark of Greece. Here is the sanctuary   Artemis. The temple of this goddess was roughly built in the 5th century BC, when the city was flourishing. Only the foundations of the temple have survived to this day.

Near the ruins of the Temple of Artemis, you can see the Chapel of St. George, built during the reign of the Byzantine Empire, as well as the remains of an ancient stone bridge. The construction of this bridge dates back to the 5th century BC.

From the ancient city   until now, only ruins, terraces, as well as a few, preserved intact, columns have survived.

Bravron Museum presents to its guests an interesting exposition, which includes exhibits with a thousand-year history. Here you can see jewelry of rare beauty, ceramics, as well as intricately painted bas-reliefs.
