Salzburg – the capital of the federal state of Salzburg.

The name of Salzburg was given by the Salzach river of the same name, on the banks of which it is located at an altitude of 425 meters above sea level in the Austrian Alps.   The Land of Salzburg is also known as the 'land of warm lakes', of which there are about fifty.
