Tourism

Sveti Stefan is an amazing resort in Montenegro. In just a few years, it has transformed from a small fishing village into a modern luxury hotel complex. Today there are about 80 one-story houses on its territory. All of them are rented to vacationers. Here you can rent a single room (there are 18 of them at the resort), one of 76 double rooms, or arrange luxury apartments (there are 15 of them in total). Each of these houses has Internet and satellite TV, there is a minibar.

In local hotels you can rent equipment for diving, tennis, or rent a yacht for a sailing trip. Despite the small area, there are numerous shopping centers, hairdressing salons, beauty salons, banks, post offices, etc. You can relax and have a snack in local bars and restaurants.

The beaches at the resort are pebbly, have a pinkish tint. They are considered to be among the best in Europe. The island is located on a small hill, surrounded by cozy pitchforks and green spaces. Relaxation here is suitable for couples or newlyweds.

  Attractions

The main attraction of the city is its architecture. Small squares, narrow crooked streets, a bell tower and houses of residents still retain their medieval identity. Numerous tunnels and picturesque shady streets have earned him the fame of the most beautiful resort in Montenegro.

Most of the local buildings resemble medieval castles, but inside they are equipped with chic modern apartments.

Also, when visiting St. Stephen, pay attention to the Praskavitsa Monastery, built during the Middle Ages ... It is located a short distance from the island. No less attractive is the fortress carved into the rock on the coast.
