Blackpool Zoo in the UK, Blackpool Resort

The zoo contains a wide variety of animals: elephants, giraffes, Amur tigers, lion pride, kangaroos and wallabies. There is an aviary with a family of mountain gorillas, which was replenished with a cub in 2010. In the"Forest of Lemurs" you can meet a number of different species of lemurs. The Amazon exposition features birds and animals whose natural habitat is South America. Among other things, the Blackpool Zoo has a terrarium and pools with sea lions and penguins. In 2005, a new exposition"Dinosaur Safari" was opened, where life-size figures of different dinosaurs are presented. However, this exposition is not particularly popular.
