Rating: 8,2/10 ( votes) Boskednan, or the Boskednan stone circle, is one of the prehistoric monuments that can be seen in Great Britain, in Cornwall, 6 km northeast of the city of Penzance. This is a stone cromlech, almost destroyed at one time, and today it is partially recreated. The stone circle was originally composed of 22 stones, and its perimeter was 69 meters. Thanks to this, Boscednan earned a different name -"nine girls" (sometimes"nine stones").We also recommend reading Avebury UK Topic: Boscednan UK. |
