The Albert Moren Fountain in Dusseldorf was created by Josef Hammerschmidt in 1910. The fountain was dedicated to the memory of Albert Moren, renowned ophthalmologist professor and physician in Dusseldorf. The fountain is on the list of state protected objects as a monument of historical and cultural significance.

Albert Morin was the director of the eye clinic and one of the founders of modern ophthalmology.

The fountain complex is a high pedestal on which the figures of three children were installed. A girl holds an ophthalmologist's mirror in her hands, next to the left is a boy who injured his eye in the game, to the right - boy reading a book symbolizing a cured patient.

A bronze bas-relief of Morena can be observed on the obverse of the monument. On the reverse side there is a plaque indicating that Professor Morin was an honorary citizen of the city.

The main building material was shell limestone.
