Cathedral of San Isidro in Cuba, Holguin resort
Rating: 7,7/10 (1011 votes)  Cathedral of San Isidoro is located in Peralta Park. It is simply impossible to pass by the cathedral – it attracts attention with its high bell tower. The construction of the cathedral began in 1720. Previously, there was a small church on this site, in which the first Mass was celebrated in honor of the founding of the city. The cathedral was finally completed and consecrated in 1979. Over the decades, the cathedral has undergone significant changes; the most beautiful ceilings in the Moorish style remain unchanged. The style of the entire building – neoclassical.
