Jesuitenkirche (Church of the Jesuits) is the second most important temple in Heidelberg after the Church of the Holy Spirit. Construction of the church began in 1712 and completed in 1759. The building was made in baroque style. The facade was designed by the court architect Rabliatti. In the 19th century, a neo-baroque tower was added to the church. You should definitely visit the Museum of Sacred Art and Liturgy, opened at the church. The museum exhibition is represented by exhibits of the XVII – XIX century, as well as a treasure trove of precious relics.
