The Stiftskirche monastery church, located in Baden-Baden on the Market Square, is the tomb of the Margraves of Baden.

The basilica was built at the foot of the Florentine mountain in XIII century. Initially, the building had a Gothic look, then it was rebuilt in the Baroque style. Its current `` Romanesque '' the appearance of the basilica acquired in 1867.

Nowadays, the church houses 14 tombs of the rulers of Baden. Particularly noteworthy is the tomb of Ludwig Wilhelm of Baden, decorated with small sculptures symbolizing courage, justice and wisdom.
