Rating: 8,0/10 (100 votes) Grasse Cathedral with an interesting history. The basis of the current cathedral was a small church of the 13th century, which by the 17th century was partially demolished and partially rebuilt. The temple was one of the most visited in the region, however, the Great Revolution happened and the building of the cathedral began to be used as a granary. It was used for this purpose exactly until the mysterious fire, after which it was decided to give the temple back to the ownership of the diocese. The cathedral was restored several times, and during each restoration new chapels were added to it and apse. Currently, services are held in the temple every day and on holidays.
