City Hall of the Hotel de Ville in France, resort of Lille

To get on it, you need to climb 104 steps. The city hall has been under construction for four years since 1924. The previous building burned down in 1916. The exterior of the building combines elements of different styles: classic Flemish and modern. The facades of the building are decorated with frescoes by the Icelandic artist Erro, made in the style of comics and telling the history of the city. The corridors and halls of the building are decorated with paintings by contemporary artists.
