This building is located 500 meters east of San Salvador. It was built by Christians and Moorish people in the 16th century. It is believed that this building – an exact copy of Pilate's house in Jerusalem. It is made in several styles – Mudejar dominates, but there are Renaissance and Gothic features.
The patio of the house is decorated with antique sculptures and tiles. The interior of the house is also made in the Mudejar style. Particular attention should be paid to the Golden Hall, which is decorated with a coffered ceiling and faience, as well as to the magnificent staircase and chapel.
