Avenue of Stars in China, Hong Kong Resort
Rating: 8,2/10 (1114 votes)  The length of this alley is 400 meters. It is located along the north shore of Victoria Harbor in the Tsim Shachi area, right in front of the New World Center. The avenue opened on April 28, 2004. At the time of the opening, it already had 73 stars, which were dedicated to people who contributed to the development of cinema not only in Hong Kong, but throughout China. These first stars were selected by City Entertainment readers and members of the Hong Kong Film Association. There are now 101 stars to be seen on the Avenue. On some of them you can see signatures and handprints, and on some, celebrating figures of the past, they are not. All the stars on the alley belong to people who are somehow associated with Hong Kong cinema.
