Church of Our Lady of Mavriotis in Greece, Kastoria resort
Rating: 8,2/10 (257 votes)  This church is located in a monastery, from which only ruins and some buildings remain. The church was founded in the 11th century. The temple was painted by six icon painters, each technique was unique and individual. To the left of the entrance to the church there is a fresco depicting the Last Judgment. It is believed that one of the three drawn skeletons – this is the skeleton of Alexander the Great.
