During the construction of the church, the following architectural techniques were used - – the square tower was only slightly lightened by window openings, the slender arkatures that strengthen the walls of the three-nave basilica give the building a Romanesque style. Today, the famous frescoes are kept in the basilica – The Dream of Joseph, The Holy Family and The Death of Joseph. Also on the walls you can see paintings depicting scenes from the life of Joseph. Of greatest interest is not the basilica itself, but the crypt located under it, in which Joseph's workshop was previously located.
