The Palace of Culture is located in the central part of the park. The building was built in 1981 in the style of the Soviet era. The idea of creating the Palace of Culture belongs to Lyudmila Zhikova. The Palace houses 16 halls, several nightclubs, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Today the National Palace of Culture is an outstanding monument of art and culture.
