Brewery”Chodovar” in the Czech Republic, spa Marianske Lazne

The origin of the cellars is connected with the emergence of the local castle and the legend about the dog Albi, who discovered a spring full of water near the castle. For centuries this dog was considered a `` good spirit '' of the local brewery, and his image adorned the coat of arms of the brewery. And today, according to the old tradition, at the end of the working day, leaving brewers fill the dog's bowl with beer to `` good spirit '' guarded beer and brought happiness. Today the plant is headed by the Plevkov family, in cooperation with Tomasz Zuckerman. Besides the production of beer and malt, the plant is also engaged in the production of Il-Sano water. The original therapy at the spa is beer therapy, which combines a hot bath with Il-Sano mineral water; with the collection of medicinal dried herbs and hops, as well as with the addition of special dark beer for baths, which has anti-aging properties. The beer bath has a calming effect, relaxes muscles, warms up joints and has a healing effect on hair and skin.
